## 2. User Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that the phone number and identity documents uploaded for seller verification are authentic and belong to you. FishWaale reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying suspicious or fraudulent activity.

## 3. Marketplace Transactions & Guidelines
FishWaale provides an aquaculture listing platform that enables wholesale fish trading. Sellers must input accurate species name, location, and weight metrics. Buyers and sellers transact directly. FishWaale is not a party to the physical delivery or commercial payment of products and is not liable for transaction defaults.

The government scheme and Detailed Project Report (DPR) consultation assistance we offer is purely advisory. Viability estimates and reports generated are recommendations and do not guarantee final government subsidy approvals or funding.
